This policy covers the public MarketHQ website — the pages you're on now. MarketHQ is pre-launch: there is no live product account yet, so the only personal data we currently collect is what you give us by joining the waitlist or emailing us directly.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit in our database, along with the time you signed up. That's it — we don't ask for your name, company, or any other details on this site. If you email us directly, we keep that email thread like any inbox would.
What we don't do
We don't run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site today. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may keep standard server logs (e.g. request timestamps and IP addresses) for security and reliability, the way any web host does — we don't use those logs to build profiles or target ads.
How we use your email
Your waitlist email is used only to contact you about MarketHQ access and related product updates. We don't sell or share it with third parties. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing us.
When this product launches
Once MarketHQ has a live product with customer accounts, this policy will be replaced with a full policy covering account data, integrations, and processing — reviewed by counsel before it takes effect. This draft only describes the public site as it exists today.
