- Why not just use the tool myself?
- You can: MarketHQ Managed is the same product. The difference is a named owner who reviews the findings every week, prioritises them, and hands you a short list of what to do, instead of you reading the raw feed yourself.
- Do you post or reply for us?
- No. We find opportunities and draft replies, briefs and outlines. You review and post from your own accounts; we never post or reply on your behalf.
- What do you need from us?
- Your competitors, a sense of the questions you want AI to answer about you, and where you want alerts (Slack or email). We tune the rest during setup.
- How fast do you reply?
- Within 1 business day. There's no weekly call by default: the monthly call is optional if you want one.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. It's month-to-month and you can leave anytime. Founding clients keep the $999 price for 6 months.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Your workspace, data and history stay yours. Leaving removes the owner's review, not your account.
